About Me

My name is Tim and I’m a Calisthenics athlete and coach. I have more than 6 years experience in Calisthenics and Weighted Calisthenics.
Before I started my Calisthenics journey, I played soccer and did athletics. So I’ve always been a rather skinny guy until I decided it’s time to gain some muscles in 2018. I started to train at a local Calisthenics Park together with a friend. We went there 2-3 times a week and always did a full body workout. I gained some weight pretty quickly and went from 65kg to 80kg within my first year of training. Over the years my training became more and more professional and I got more into Weighted Calisthenics. Today I train 5-6 times a week with additional cardio units. My personal goal is to get as strong as possible, especially in pull ups. My nutrition has changed a lot over the years too because I’ve been constantly extending my knowledge.
In 2023 I started helping others reach their individual fitness goals through my knowledge and experience as a coach.
